Shipping

UK Customers

For UK deliveries, all our orders are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery is expected within 3-5 working days of dispatch. The standard rate of £3.50 will be added at checkout.

EU & CH Customers

For European deliveries, all our orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery is expected within 3-5 working days of dispatch. The standard delivery rate of £6.99 will be added at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties — EU

Since the UK's departure from the European Union, all orders shipped to EU countries are subject to customs processing on arrival. Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT and handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in our shipping fees or product prices.

We recommend checking the import duty rules for your specific country before placing an order, as charges can vary significantly across EU member states. For tracking EU orders, you can monitor your parcel via Royal Mail's website or your national postal service tracker once it has been handed over in your country.

USA & Canada

For USA & Canada deliveries, all our orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery is expected within 7-14 working days of dispatch, though delays may occur depending on customs processing times. The standard delivery rate of £14/$19USD/$26CAD will be added at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties — United States

Most individual orders will fall beneath the US customs duty exemption threshold and will not incur additional charges on delivery. However, Endiro Studios cannot guarantee this in every case and we are not responsible for any customs fees that may apply.

Customs & Import Duties — Canada

Orders shipped to Canada are likely to be subject to Canadian customs duties and taxes, including GST/HST, upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees or product prices. We recommend familiarising yourself with your local customs rules before placing an order.

Rest of the world (excluding USA & Canada)

For rest of the world, orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery is expected within 7-14 working days of dispatch.

Endiro Studios is not responsible for international import duties and taxes that may be incurred.

Damaged or Faulty Item

In the case that your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us at hello@endirostudios.com within 7 of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a clear photograph of the item and issue, a brief description of the problem.

We will review your claim and, where valid, offer a replacement, exchange or full refund at no cost to you. You will not be asked to return a damaged item at your own expense.

Returns

If you wish to return an item please contact hello@endirostudios.com to initiate a refund request.

All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging. If we receive your item after our 14 day policy we will be unable to process your refund request.

After assessing if these conditions have been met, we will notify you within 7 days detailing if your request has been approved or not. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

International Returns

We are happy to accept all international returns in line with the above policy.

However, please be aware of the following before initiating a return:

• Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any courier or postal fees from your country to the UK

• Customs and import duties incurred on the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Endiro Studios will not reimburse any customs charges, duties or taxes applied to returning parcels

• Original customs charges paid on delivery into your country are non-refundable by Endiro Studios — these are collected by your local customs authority and are outside our control

• Please mark your return parcel clearly as a commercial return on the customs declaration to avoid further duties being applied on re-entry into the UK

• We recommend using a tracked and insured service for all returns as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns (original condition, unused, tags attached, and original packaging).

Once your returned item has been received and approved, we will process the exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, you will have the option to receive a refund or store credit instead.

Please note we do not cover return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable, we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Endiro Studios is not responsible for international duties and taxes.
