Shipping

UK Customers

For UK deliveries, all our orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked service (excluding samples). Delivery is expected within 3-5 working days of dispatch.

EU Customers

For European deliveries, all our orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (including samples). Delivery is expected within 3-5 working days of dispatch.

Rest of the world (excluding USA)

For rest of the world, orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked and signed. Delivery is expected within 6-10 working days of dispatch.

Shipping to the USA is not currently supported. We are working on changing this.

Endiro Studios is not responsible for international import duties and taxes that may be incurred.

Returns

If you wish to return an item please contact hello@endirostudios.com to initiate a refund request.

All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging. If we receive your item after our 14 day policy we will be unable to process your refund request.

After assessing if these conditions have been met, we will notify you within 7 days detailing if your request has been approved or not. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns (original condition, unused, tags attached, and original packaging).

Once your returned item has been received and approved, we will process the exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, you will have the option to receive a refund or store credit instead.

Please note we do not cover return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable, we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Endiro Studios is not responsible for international duties and taxes.
